Hey, I’m Stacy Fayling, a former labor and delivery nurse turned women’s health advocate, holistic practitioner, and podcast host of She Wakes Up. I started my career helping women bring life into the world… and somewhere along the way, I realized many of us were forgetting how to bring life back into ourselves.

When I was 18, I became a mom myself, figuring things out as I went, carrying more than my fair share of pain, and learning what it meant to rebuild after surviving abuse. Over the years, I’ve worn all the hats: wife, mom of two, nurse, dreamer, and healer — usually with a coffee in one hand, a book in the other, and a dog or cat curled up nearby. I live for slow mornings at home with my husband (Chris), our two kids (Lily & Westyn), and our little pack; one stubborn cat (Hilo) and one very fluffy sidekick, (Miśka) our mini-Pomsky.

These days, you’ll find me chasing Lake Michigan sunsets and breathing in the crisp fall air under the northern white pines; moments that remind me of what it means to slow down, feel grounded, and actually be.

My work is about helping other women do the same; to stop surviving on stress and caffeine, and start healing from the inside out. I use a blend of functional lab testing, holistic wellness, and real-life support to help you uncover the root causes of burnout, hormonal chaos, and emotional exhaustion. Because I believe no woman should have to survive her own life, and the most beautiful part- your body already knows the way back home.

Meet Stacy

I have been practicing as a baccalaureate prepared Registered Nurse (BSN, RN) since 2013. I started my career in labor and delivery/mother-baby and currently practice maternal/infant health as a Public Health Nurse Supervisor and enrolled in a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner program to obtain my MSN.

I also have my Holistic Health Coach Certification through the Institute for Integrated Nutrition (IIN) est. 2020, and have coached an upwards of 100 women in this space.

My values are always focused around health and family, so earlier this year I decided to expand on more alternative wellness practices and became a certified yoga teacher with specialization in Prenatal Yoga (RYT200).

I bring together my clinical nursing experience in women’s health and holistic training so you get the best of both worlds— to bridge the gap between traditional medicine and the root-cause approach your body actually needs.
